Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@sterlingandpaws.com so we can make it right — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Subscription Cancellations

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No fees, no phone calls required. If you cancel, you will not be charged for future deliveries.
